After about 20 minutes heres what I could come up with. If you feel something is too much years, has a bad description, shouldn't be in here or something that I've missed should be in here please say so we can all make a good list to go into the server! I've probably missed some really silly things lol, anyway here it is:Minor Offences
1) Verbal Discrimination (Swearing, racism, etc...) - 1 year.
2) Death threats (You're going to be killed after this.. etc) - 1 - 4 years depending on how excessive the comments were.
3) Minor Assault (Being punched a few times, but not badly injuring anybody) - 2 years.
4) Theft (Stealing someone's things, from a car to a pot) - 2 - 4 years depending on what has been stolen.
5) Mugging (Putting someone on the spot with a weapon, taking their things) - 2 - 3 years depending on what was stolen and if the person was badly injured.
6) Possession of Class C, B or A drugs. (Such as, Cannabis, Cocaine, Meth or Shrooms) 3 - 4 years depending on how much was confiscated.
7) Possession of Drugs with the Intent to distribute to others 5 - 7 years.
Public Offences
1)Vandalism (Damaging someone else's and/or public property.) - 1 - 2 years depending on the damage that has been committed.
2)Loitering (Standing around places such as a crime scene without purpose or reason.) - 1 year
3)Public Disturbance (Such as being drunk, having an argument, anything that disturbs the public in their everyday life.) 1 - 3 years depending on how bad the situation is.
Government Offences
1) Wasting Police Time (Telling them that someone has done something wrong when they haven't, or calling them for no reason. Which can also be seen as prank calling which is against rules.) - 2 - 4 years
2) Interfering In Police Activity (e.g; blocking a police car when it is in police activity) - 2 - 4 years which variates on the situation.
3) Excessive Rioting (e.g; rioting which can and or is harming the public.)
4) Attempting to Evade Police Officials - 3 - 4 years depending on what damage was done or the amount of lives were put in danger by the extent to which the suspect went to in order to attempt to evade.
Driving Offences
If a suspect commits a minor offence, such as reckless driving, speeding, illegal parking then make sure to give him/her a ticket. If they do it should then be an arrest. If they suspect attempts to evade it's an automatic arrest and a ticket. If you have to arrest and ticket make sure you get roadcrew on scene to take away the car.
1) Reckless Driving - 1 - 3 years depending on how much danger he put others, yours or his own life in.
2) Speeding - 2 - 4 years depending on how fast he was going and how much danger he put his own, others or your life in.
3) Street Racing - 3 years
Major Offences
1)Critical Assault (e.g; punching someone to their last breath) - 6 years
2) Manslaughter (Killing someone without the intention) - 6 years
3) Attempted Murder - 8 Years
4) Murder - 10 Years
5) Mass Murder (3 people or more) - 12 - 15 years depending on the amount killed.
6) Treason (trying/succeeding in killing a high government official, such as the Chief of Police and the Mayor. This is seen totally forbidable by the higher command. - 20 years
