[Suggestion] 3.30 - Add a rule regarding looking the same as other people

What rule do you wish to Edit/Add: Rule 3.30
Your version of the rule: Rule 3.30 would dictate that if you look the same as someone else in-game who you are frequently seen with, it is entirely your responsibility as to what happens to you if it is intended for another person who you are involved with.
Why do you believe this rule should be Added/Edited: Because there are incidents regarding people looking the same, usually resulting in rule breakage because someone thought you were someone else. There comes a point where investigation can only go so far when people look the same, and this is where I'd like to draw the rule line.

Actually make sure you're shooting the right person and don't rush it because you're kill hungry.

To be fair, the main reason is to shoot cops because they're arrest hungry and want the suspect in the car as quick as they can. Problem is, I don't know how to deal with it since usually people look like exactly the same person.

While this may seem to be the obvious solution to something like this, it's not always that easy. As an example, if you're shot at by someone from a range where you cannot see their name, but can distinctly see their entire person and identify them by their outfit and ethnicity, and then you decide to get back at them later (in case you both survive, of course), you may end up finding a person fitting the visual of the person you have in your head, and decide to blow their skull open with a 50 cal, only to find out that they weren't your target, but they looked exactly identical to them.
