Description of the idea: Let players individually replace their tires, or just fix the body work at Veikko.
Why should this be added? (pros): Lets people drive severely performance degraded vehicles (t2) without having to pay 75k to fix their zonda, if their tires are popped and can't afford the full repair just yet.
What negatives could this have? (cons): Increased bug reports from dumb vehicle behavior, increased vehicle accidents from slippery vehicles (T1 zonda does this)
