@Palodhi Good healthcare has nothing to do with how you pay for it. It's not good. There is a shortage of funding, staff and beds. There are immense waiting times. Sometimes months. People commit suicide because they have to wait 3 months for surgery to get rid of unbearable pain.

The fact that you have to pay 10s of thousands of dollars in the US has nothing to do with free market healthcare, it's everything but that.
