Main Idea: Overhauling the taxi driver job and adding in a better way of running it.
Full description of the idea: Making the taxi driver job similar to the courier in the way that it is based on NPCs as well as players. You will receive calls through /taxi from NPCs to pick them up and drop them off, you will be paid a set fare to avoid any abusing of this. Having this idea based on a time system so that you can't just avoid responding to real calls because you have an NPC in the car.
You should also be able to alter the fare of the normal rides so you can make them cheaper or more expensive depending on the driver.
Why should it be added?: The taxi driver job is quite dead as it is so adding a feature that allows you to be paid without actually having someone call a taxi could bring some life back to the job. This also adds to more legal ways of making money without as much of a risk.
