WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE AN ENFORCER:
I want to be an enforcer because I truly believe I'm beginning to have a really strong impact on the way individuals behave whilst playing, for a while now I've tried changing up my characters role in game, generally making me a much more sociable person with the community itself. People have been acknowledging my change and even to standards in which I'm provided with praise for the way I'm starting to deal with situations in which a member of staff would normally need to be called. My server knowledge for both the rules and laws of the server are rather exceptional, from time and time again I've been able to correct moments which normally step beyond the laws and more into the rules. Before making decisions I always attempt to look from the perspective of both parties, to come to an agreement before making reports and this quality of being neutral has really helped me develop my personality and problem solving skills.

Like everyone else, I've made mistakes and this can be seen throughout my profile however I think I've made a turn for the best, as I contribute much more to the community now than I ever have before and by being a dedicated and professional member of the staff team, that contribution will only get larger with time and effort like most things do. I'm not only showing myself more in out of character and help chat either, as I've begun to entice players into participating in passive role play scenarios, most noticeable among these would be the casino I run, which has been my main breach into the community and has given me the confidence to write this application in the first place as the people I met always comment on my helpfulness, this relaxed game style has allowed me to review the rules in more depth and I've learnt my lesson from previous bans and warnings by going over them in more severe detail. Lastly I've also been more involved in the newer side of the community helping out new players with rule handling and general in game mechanics.

Summary of my strengths:

• The ability to take over stressful situations which will be in need of a neutral party to look over the evidence before making a decision.
• Calm and understanding personality which really helps others when things aren't clear from the beginning.
• Really good speaking and listening skills as I've never been rude out of character during a sit.
• I'm able to diffuse the hostility between parties and build relationships over sits.
• I'm always available to provide feedback to players who don't feel confident asking others certain topics

ARE YOU ACTIVE ON THE TEAMSPEAK:
Throughout the following weeks I've tried to keep a more active presence within the police force and have been using TS as a way of getting feedback by members of the department. As stated before I also used team speak whenever I need to discuss possible breaks in the rules of the server with other players as I like to deal with the problems myself before getting members of the staff team involved further.

DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO SAY:
I'd just like to give a big thank you, to all those who suggested writing this application in the first place as I've made bond with players who previously I would of never thought I'd make good friends with. As always I'm free and open to the criticism of the community and should I be denied this opportunity to become an enforce I will continue to work in order to provide and reserve good in game play.

Yes! You finally made an application.

Ever since I knew you, I knew you would have potential to become an enforcer. You definitely seem like you know the rules and from what I have seen from you, I would say a very good candidate for enforcer. Although you do have 4 bans on record, you've definitely improved over the last couple of months.
The only advice I would give you is to help more in help chat and I cannot really see if you have been proving yourself in admin sits, etc.

Testa is an amazing roleplayer, with his casinos and shops. I respect that, the 2 things that are making me NOT give you my support are:

• Your rank in the PLPD (it proves your law knowledge and the best way to 'secure' yourself for your application is honestly to be a CPL or SGT+. Since you didn't say what rank you are, I'm gonna assume you're just an officer or Senior Officer.)
• Your activity on the forums (You're currently sitting on a junior member tag and 105 ratings. This proves that you aren't active on the forums which is a nice pre-requesit for an enofcer position.)

In the PLPD I haven't seen you do much that would give you a clean +support. Taking part in PassiveRP isn't enough to prove your rule and law knowledge or just to be an example. @Josef Stalin is a CPL and is famous for his Trapani Pasta restaurants and his amazingly creative creations all over the city, but he didn't get accepted for the role of enforcer (which I'm sad about).

With all these things in mind, my verdict is a Neutral one. Good luck!

Testa has really changed dramatically since a month or two ago when he used to go around with his sweater vest friends that once mugged people outside Jennifer's xd

I'm not sure how people don't know Testa, probably because they spend most of their days basing with their org. Testa is literally in Bazaar every day with his Casino, or in the Police force. He has recently started becoming a lot more active within the PD, and I personally have seen him on a few times, and even gave him a commendation after patrolling with him.

He is extremely respectful and professional at all times. He seems able to handle any situation, and has a personality that tells me that he could deal with players well when they are in an administration sit. He would make an excellent enforcer, and I personally would love to see him on the staff team in the future.

Just as a note Testa, don't feel like you can't do any crime role play just to get enforcer, because you can. Just don't break the rules while doing it

Massively support this, even though I don't do anything with you on the server, I do know of you and I do not how much of an asset to the staff team, your rule knowledge is the best it could be, I can't think of many more people that take role play as/more seriously as you, you show great potential to become an integral part of the staff team, the one tiny thing I would say is try to be more active in the Help/OOC chat, you may already be and I just haven't seen it but from my point of view I wish I could see more, would love to see this accepted. Testa has been showing amazing roleplaying skills with his new casino, being in his orginisation for a while he has shown amazing rule knowledge and law knowledge while playing as police.
Therefore i will be supporting this application as i think testa is definitely ready for this position.
