Main idea: Transfer of organisation ownership upon disbandment

Description: Gonna keep this relatively simple, add the ability to transfer ownership of an organisation when the founder leaves said organisation.

Maybe include the ability to disband or leave the organisation, but possibly with extra warning when trying to disband.

I suppose this could be done by transferring ownership to a member of the organisation with the highest amount of permissions, or in fact, just having the ability to choose who to transfer ownership to, this actually seems a lot easier.

Pros:

• Saves money recreating another organisation
• Saves a lot of time having to recreate the organisation and get everyone invited again when they're active
• Generally prevents a very time consuming process

Cons:

• There honestly aren't really any relevant cons but you can discuss below, this is a great idea and would prevent a lot of hassle

There should be some sort of transfer fee imo. Would just feel right having one. Wouldn’t be too high though, considering starting an org only costs 5k.
