-Invidualize youre cars


Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
I dont like that there are always more cars of the same typ because if the police wants a car and you got the same and the colour too you are kinda fucked
So it would be nice if you add some spoilers or bodykits



Optional additions:
-Npc at the cardealer or somewhere else
-Neon (light under the car)
-And maybe nos
