Well, it's realistic, in real life when you are underwater you wouldn't be able to CLEARLY say help. Example:

Eh no reason to really allow this to sit around as no real discussion needed and it's an easy fix/add, so Accepted no doubt it'll be in for next update.

(it'll simply make voice unable to be used, no drown sound)
