-Undercover cop.
-Deals with crime.
-Same as the police, But undercover.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
I think it is realistic to have, Cause the person acts like a normal citizen, When a crime happends somewhere near the person, Hes gonna solve the crime, Just like any other cop would. But also has a downside, (Can't be mugged and will just make confusion)

Optional additions:
-Just like SS, Without following mayor around, (Dealing with crime)
-Shouldn't respond to crimes, Only if the person witness it themselfs.
-Vip only, So people won't abuse it?
-Has the normal citizen cloth as your charector has.
-Basicly like being a cop, But undercover!

According to Swiper when the latest "FBI"-suggestion got denied:
