Brief description of idea: a undercover agency used mainly for investigation into drug related crimes but it could also have a side purpose as a investigation agency into other non drug related organized crime
What benefits would this idea have for the department: it would allow us to sneak officers into drug plants and arrest the dealers without major incident and would greatly decrease the amount of drugs flooding the street's of perp
What potential negatives could this have for the department: could result in a lot of unjust killings of ''undercovers'' could also be a safety concern for the officers as officers could mistake them for criminals
Other additions: this would also be a great time to add a undercover unit as well nothing obvious like a dodge ram with black boxes under the grill something like a everyday sedan
