I used to work in a studio, basically the right hand man. I'd be the guy that did all the chores like grabbing drinks or cleaning up and occasionally I'd help producing music, depending on which clients where there. They did not let me anywhere near their large clients but their more underground ones did get some of that Medium sauce in their music. I loved doing this mainly for networking, I got quite a few contacts through this that I still use today.
I quit because I couldn't work enough to consistently afford the lifestyle I was living. I was already working some side jobs, including helping my sister with her cattery. This turned into a full-time contract and now co-ownership of the company. I basically take care of 13 cats (+3 kittens right now), clean their space, give them attention, feed them, groom them, all sorts of activities. The goal is to get kitties pregnant with small kitties and then get those kittens adopted. We do things a little different compared to other catteries which has landed us a partnership with a large animal food corporation who now supply all our food for extremely low prices. To put it into perspective, 13 adult cats eat around 700 euros worth of (premium) food a month, we pay around 200.
Due to the great success we've had, we are looking to expand into the cat cafe space but to do this we first need to manage all sorts of other stuff. It is in the works but far from being complete. When it's done I'm expecting all cat lovers to come visit sometime!
Here, have some images of our current cats. A lot will be leaving soon as they have had the maximum amount of litters they can legally have. Which is also why we want the cat cafe, so they can just chill there for the rest of their lives.
I have many many many more pictures but these are some recent ones
