will my pc atleast get 30-60 fps?

but how do people cope? whenever on high pop i literally get 5fps and i get shouted at for barely being able to steer a car because of my lag. i do try some configs but they only increase fps by 5 or so

What are your current specs for your PC?
Is it what you just posted in this thread?

To my knowledge, Garrys Mod is mainly CPU-intensive. High Pop is always going to be difficult for FPS.

A 1050ti is very outdated, it's also a 75W card meaning it needs no additional 6/8 plug adapter, it would be underpowered
1050ti at 1080p no chance, maybe at 720p
A 1050ti can run plenty of games at 1080p including Gmod, obviously an 8 year old card wouldn't be able to run modern AAA games though. It would definitely be able to run older hardware friendly games like GTA5, roblox, minecraft to name a few.
It's also worth noting that Gmod is CPU bound, graphics card will not heavily affect performance.
It is a lower tier system, I would try to look at more deals on other websites, considering its a 4 core cpu it wont run perpheads well. @Mr.Noblor

i am running perp with a i7-14700k, rtx 4070ti and 32gb 6000mhz ram, i max out at 140-150 fps but when full pop and drive by bazzar it drops to around 30 fps. Well, there is a significant drop either way if its full pop or not.

those fire extinguishers making you bank

Ignore @Shaquille Oatmeal he’s lying, 1050ti and ur i7 will run perp, you’ll get between 15-30 on a full server depending on location, if you want a suggestion I’d look for a ryzen system depending on what your budget is for the new pc because all these components are already 4-5 years out of date, especially your processor, just because its an i7 does not make it good, considering we’re also on what 12-13th gen now? Someone with tech know how help me out

Consider spending your money on a more higher tier amd CPU (3700x or higher) with a decent gpu like a 2060 or 3060. I understand you might not have the budget for it, but the build you are currently describing is like buying a 20 year old car that won't pass it's yearly inspection in a few months. You're going to regret not saving up for more.

Realise that the i7 6700 is a cpu released in 2015. Its over 9 years old.
