Why do you want your item(s) refunded:

Evidence: Check logs for my timeouts. I got timed out twice. The first time while I tried flanking Hungries. I do not know at which time it happened and plays.tv for a reason didn't save the footage although I made sure it did.. But sadly..
Anyways...
Apparently when I timed out the first time I started driving backwards in circles and while doing so ran over the cop. The second time I apparently drove into the umbrelas near Uncle Cos and then hit a wall and died and destroyed my car...


p.s.
I didn't know the timeouts will come back and I am also sorry to anyones I have caused harm to.

Also for the people thinking this is not a legit RR.. Well the thing is I see it as a bug.. Clientside bug, but still a bug.

Refunds are only issued for server-sided issues. This appears to be a problem on your end; I'd recommend not playing the server while facing connectivity issues.
