Should staff be more welcoming and friendly?

Don't get me wrong If you're being a dick you deserve to be treated how you act but if someone is just talking they should not be spoke to badly. The server is amazing but I think there should be more professionalism in staff as it a serious RP right? There is no vendetta's against staff I have issues autism I'm pretty sure maybe some other things and I just get treated differently to everyone I can't help the way i act
