So with the partial revert of gun "zoom" has there been any combination of weapon and sight which seems to clip through your face? There's too many permutations for me to check myself so I tried to guess an in-between value that should work.
Time to move on to the next update. Overall, I'd say the last one has gone well. As always a few patches needed but overall it seems people are enjoying the new things. If only all updates could be so extensive but there are some other ambitious ideas ahead so we are far from content with how things are now.
Now that it's officially out, I will quietly say there should also be a good helping of things for staff to appreciate in this update too. It won't be in the update log but some of them I have mentioned to staff that it is coming for awhile now. (Not all my doing)
pls can i have another 100m fredy scammed my ass and the casino took the rest of my money
Here we are, now into September, however A LOT of new things are coming so I can't imagine what the update post is going to look like. That said, some of it is things long overdue and other ones are fun new features, so whether you're a new player or an OG from 2013 you'll find something to enjoy within this. It's one of, if not the, biggest updates that isn't directly map related in a long time.
So originally I planned to do the gun sound test this week but instead the decision has been made to hold off and just lump it in with a number of upcoming things. So I know it means a bit longer with the status quo
but it's worth the wait with everything else coming up to hopefully enhance it more ways than just that alone.
Not this weekend but sometime within a week from now I may try doing a change to gun shot sound loudness that may help with identifying direction some. I'd be curious to hear when people think I have done it, to see how obvious is is. Some may still be inherently louder though, but this hopefully helps with the major issue people have.
Given the process for what I'm making is a bit more involved than something like cocaine production but it clearly wouldn't be nearly as profitable. How opposed would you be to making the cocaine production have a bit more steps to it?
Being busy making all this stuff for future additions reminds me how much I both enjoy and loathe asset creation. It's coming along and I probably am doing way more than needed but I like variety, plus I hope to use in other ways. Even if highly simplified processes for some of it, but I don't want it to be impossible either.
Today's the final for you WC26 fans. Here is the upcoming unique skin for the WC26 confetti cannons.
Next up, here is a teaser image of some of the future additions. You'll figure it out. (In sandbox for easier layout)
And just for fun, I was trying new stuff out:
Final day of the confetti cannons! I hope you all enjoyed that. It was a mess to keep up with every day, but I did learn a few things which may lead to future additions. Tomorrow I will post a teaser image of future stuff, though I make no guarantees to its timeframe.
So apart from confetti stuff, I have been working away at creating new assets for some new money making ventures. I haven't figured out their profitability or how some parts of it may work, but hopefully it gives ways for people to own properties outside of shops to legally earn some money. I should be able to share more soon.
I have updated the confetti effect some more to be more dynamic and nicer starting the 3rd of July. Additionally the ones related to WC26 will shoot more and longer lasting confetti than the standard one. This affects all of them, including for teams who have already lost (but you may want to hold onto those as collector items now).
When Romania confetti cannon
So for fun I will be taking the the number of confetti cannons that exist at the end of their crafting day as the amount of support there is for a team to win and I will announce who the PH community favors on their match day.
Starting today with South Africa and Canada.
It's a close one... The community favors Canada to win 53% to 47%!
wait so theres only 2 teams a day, even if 8 teams play toomorrow
@Clarky
Here is the M4A1 with the SCAR-L's fire rate and vice versa. You'll note that the M4A1 is much more controllable like this, so with the other changes made to firearms since their initial release, we may need to look at balancing some factors with them too.

Here's what the WC26 confetti cannons will be like tomorrow. Given that on Sunday is South Africa vs Canada those will only be available on Saturday (tomorrow). Eventually I may see if I can make a custom skin to identify them too.

When you did the headlights turning on automatically at night, did you also intend for it to apply to player's flashlights as well? I've noticed that when it's night and I respawn as a cop, my flashlight is automatically turned on. Not sure if there is a direct correlation but thought I'd point it out
