please help ever since i upgraded to the newest version of windows 10, which was about a week ago, my computer just restarts without warning and it's a hard restart not like a logging off type of restart.

Try getting "Mini XP" onto a USB drive and boot from USB. It will allow you to edit/repair and whole lot of other things for your hard-drive.
