Why Should This Player Be Punished: Alex Mills and hes friend Xavier kept following me while civilian with their sports car. Crashing into me and just being minge. They punched my car multiple times at different spots for no reason. Moment later they joined PD and just continued following me for no reason. I attempted to hide in store but with no luck. They also broke the glass of the displays (which has ended me with at ticket if done myself.) They detained me for no reason, not saying anything and talking in gibberish while blocking my car and running infront of it. We were also followed into the casino and outside. I managed to lose them thanks to red light. The following ended with him sawing me recklessly drive and giving me max ticket and max sentence. Also dragging me for no reason while I was complying.

I never punched your car at all and you crashing into us was because of you speeding and reckless driving, I'm not gonna just let you go?
