@hidewhite2 No mass rdm isn't funny. But I didn't say just because it was funny it should happen did I now?

It's unjustifiable to cause this much damage over someone reporting a crime to the police because he has been mugged.
@Jamal will receive a 2 days ban for breaking rule 2.5; because his actions weren't a proportionate escalation of negative actions, but a vast escalation.
The other AR will be closed as it is essentially the same situation.
