Why Should This Player Be Punished: these players was on skype to one another, also jake broke 3.5.
i took ryco into jail due to him killin some people, i went to speak to him in the jail cells as i needed to speak to him about the situation, he then told me his friend was geting mugged at slums 3, i questioned him and said how did u know and he told me he got messaged on his phone.
i went to slums 3 to find 3 people dead and the owner of the apartment died, shortly the owner ( jake )came back and said thats my body and i was mugged, i took out my physgun to then question him about him and his friend meta gaming, he admits to using skype and did not know the nlr before this either.
