Why Should This Player Be Punished: well in the demo you can se Jax mugging me in public. He did /me emty's the mans pocket's. That's basiclly mugging me. Franke coco is breaking 3.24 constatly bringing ooc in to IC. Jax broke 3.4 i think mugging in a public setting 30 meters from pd and 5.1. Maybe 1.1 beacuse he called me a squeker in LOOC. I do think its anoying pepole calling you squeker. Pointing a gun on somone 30 meters from pd is really wierd. There were 5 players online at the time thats why he thought he could do whatever he wants. When i said this is public he started draging me.

After viewing your demo I've determined that the man who came out originally did in-fact mug you in a public setting; which is not allowed. You did not run off at gunpoint as he stated, as you closed the door as his gun had been moved into a passive stance. You then had suitable time to move away from the door which you did and he then walked up, gun pointed you, and you fully complied with rule 3.4 and continued with the Role-play situation. I feel that this user should be directly punished by an administrator with a punishment that is deemed suitable by himself.
