let me resolve this issue between 2 autismos quickly: "A Public Area is an area in which any member of the public can gain access without restriction"
By definition, the alley is a public place.
But, that's not what the rule of mugging means. The rule only says you should mug in a place which is realistic, like a place that is out of view from the public.
That alley in the video is clearly not out of public view. Any cop can look left while driving and in reality, you've fucked yourself over. Also doesn't help you're mugging someone a few meters from a parking lot and you just hear "GET ON THE GROUND" in a loud manner. IMO Chrome is at fault.
