Why Should This Player Be Punished: User decided to do a hit and run with a timed bomb on a shop with several visible armed people outside of without any chance of escape breaking 2.5, 3.4 and 3.6.
2.5 Excessive Negativity
Players may not excessively impact the experience of others in a negative manner, unless the actions are a proportionate escalation of negative actions that have been performed against the original player.
@Samuel literally just placed a timed bomb and ran off without any intentions of conducting a raid. He was not even armed at the time of placing the bomb.
3.4 Putting your Life at Risk
Any actions taken by a player that may put their In-Character life, freedom from imprisonment or general well being at risk must be done so in a realistic fashion and for beneficial reasons.
@Samuel prior to doing a jihad, decided to scout to scout the location first and clearly saw numerous people with guns on their backs. Seconds later he decides to place the bomb regardless.
3.6 Stay Alive
Typically, players must, at all times, do everything in their power to prevent and/or avoid their own death.
@Samuel specifically told me that you need the right 'man-power' before raiding. He seems to be unable to practice his own preach as he decides to do a solo mc' solo bomb n' run to get greeted by lead in the face.
