I would like to show the, positive impact Samuel ( AKA Samuel Sheppard) has had on me, and lots of other community players.

For a start he is a amazing LT, he helps everyone and never looses it and never gets angry, very calm and peaceful man, is always welling to help other officers, and other people as-well. Within the first few times of playing on the server as a police offficer, he helped me out, showed me what to do and not to do, the laws ETC... i just thing its amazing that he goes out of his way to help other

Yesterday I saved him from being taken hostage by walking in and one banging the hostage takers with a glock. Afterwards he was immediately deagled in the face when he tried to leave the apartment he was taken to. So I'd like to recommend him for unluckiest LT as well as one of the best.

Samuel is a pleb and always calls me a terrorist. Great guy to have banter with though. He won't make an action request on me for not asking if I can engage in banter with him
