Why Should This Player Be Punished: The situation starts at bazzar when me and a friend where helping out with a shootout that was taking place at glassco / parker where me and the friend were shooting cops and I got told to drop my weapon as I was bandaging. As the cop turns away for a split second to shoot at another person (ends up dead) Omar comes in and grabs my gun while aware there is a shootout and he could be caught in crossfire. Shortly after that happened I gunpointed him at the van where he had stored it and told him to get it out, he delayed then ran off. After I had been following him for many minutes I stopped to help a friend then found him at beach where the next situation happened.
