Why were you banned?: Accepted AR 2.5 - User shot a civillian as secret service who wasn't involved in threatening the mayor's life.
Why do you feel the ban's invalid?: Hayden failed to properly investigate the situation. @Kempotent clearly broke 3.4 and 3.21 as you can see I am alerted to a large group of individuals by officer @Cogley who is then killed by this group. Instead of running away after killing the cop @Kempotent decides to run up City Hall stairs in plain view of the NPC with an AK in his hands. Realistically the NPC would've alerted me to him after seeing him again running into City Hall with a gun on his back. As per PD policy, I used my firearm to prevent further harm to myself and my protectorate by shooting down @Kempotent as it was to my belief he was involved in the shooting as was preparing to shoot again. Had he been following the rules he wouldn't have ended up in this situation so I don't see why I should be punished for following PD policy and standing my ground as per my legal right and he isn't. You can see multiple times he uses his firearm outside City Hall with each shot contributing to his eventual death by putting SS, PD, and the Mayor on edge. Realistically he would've been shot anyway while coming back to the city hall as the NPC would've pressed their panic button therefore he would've lost his rifle and his RR should be denied.

so it was 3-4 in the morning i didnt see a point in putting my gun away, there were no shots when i entered the building until i got shot at entering, at which point i was a bit confused on why i was being shot at, i was under cover making it safe for me to be there, however why would i stay in he building i was just shot at? of course i will try and get out but i was literally here to activate my VIP, so i went to do it so i can grow. Nutrient should of not stood there for 12 minutes waiting for soemthing to happen and should of gotten the mayor to a safe location. You as ss are supposed to investigate, your life was not at an acive threat. This is a video of you just being trigger happy, waiting for someone to come into city hall, the only time you made your life an active threat was by firing your gun.


furthermore this was an unrelated conflict not involving the mayor, you shouldn't of been camping the door when taxes were not even high there was no reason to kill the mayor and instead of escorting them you allowed them to go to the bottom floor where the most danger was, you clearly don't know how to conduct yourself as ss.

If 50% taxes aren’t high enough for you, you’re more than welcome to make a suggestion to have them go higher than this. How is you shooting someone off of the City Hall balcony nothing to do with the mayor?

Going into city hall with a weapon on your back is clearly a threat to the mayor's life if he is inside. There is no good reason for you to go into City hall with a gun unless you are looking to shoot somebody.
