Why Should This Player Be Punished?:
(im not sure for the rule no. so the thing is i was in admin seat with the devils son about why chris and the other cop which was with him arrested me for but devil had to go so we kept on with RP.
so i am being arested for not a clear reason and not vaild in my opinion but i cooperated while going to PD i asked the officers: can i know my rights?, and chirs answer was shut the fuck up.
so we came to PD and then my friend who was a witness (fredy) came as my lawyer as he was coming both officers ran to him with cuffs to arrest him for coming to the PD parking and sayed to him to get his lawyer papers, so he did and when he came back as they sayed again the came to arrest him. while fredy and the other cop eddie was outside talking chris decided to take me to jail and i told im to take me into investigation and tell me my rights then he sayed "you have no rights" (ill upload a screen shot of this) and we came to the elivator he said say sorry i asked why he kept making me say sorry or go to jail, then eddie came and we went to intaregetion fredy is asking there why am i being arrested non of them really fiends the right law and then im getting serched and fredy asks why and chris is keeping to ignore the enforver cole came to help and talked with us cuz i was transporting a gun to my car cuz its here i got arrested and cole said that its kinda ok and we kept on talking to him so them when he left insted of go on with RP chris just draged me stait away to jail he told me im going for 5 years and pooted me in to 6 for no clear reason without telling me why i am in jail.

Hey Ranlu, thanks for making the effort to make this appeal.

I haven't checked out the demo just yet, but if Names, did say this in my opinion he's not acting as a mature police officer, and not be playing realistically.
This could result in a blacklist from government jobs if this turns out to be true.

Seems like @NamesInsane broke law 1.2 and therefore rule 4.1. Also if you are a lawyer you just don't wander into the PD like you don't have to take the trespassing-law into consideration. You call an officer to escort you in. Though i don't see why he didn't tell you the reason for arrest. A Ban is a very harsh punishment for such a small offense. Warning might be fitting in? I Don't know.
