I dealt with you today, and have seen you a bit before.

My impression from today, is that you are not serious at all, ignore some /me's and spam jump when being escorted in handcuffs to prison. This could be a one time thing, but I just did not like the kind of "roleplay" you displayed.
If you really want this, improve on your seriousness, rule knowledge and how to act during all situations.

Well, Lets list some reasons why you should not be accepted as an Enforcer;

-Never seen you on the server.
-Never seen you in Teamspeak.
-Never seen you in help chat/OOC chat.
-Nearly a week game time doesn't meet the Enforcer requirements.

At this moment i am going to -Support you for several reasons which i am going to list momentary. Firstly, you have several warnings and a few bans for breaking rules which will soon get you permanently banned from the server, things like RDM and 3.4. After viewing your bans you have 2 which are for 3.4 and punchwhoring people, these are major rules you're breaking here and i don't think you would be the perfect candidate for this position on the server currently.

Secondly, i have never saw you on the Teamspeak 3 server or in OOC. If you really want to become an enforcer you need to; use help chat whenever to help new players; be active on the teamspeak; active in OOC and help chat and make sure you make yourself known within the community. So i believe at this moment in time you would not fit the position as an enforcer due to the multiple rules you have broken, and the fact that you haven't made yourself known within the community.

I don't think you could uphold the rank of being an Enforcer.

My first reason is this, today i had a situation with you where me and my fellow org members had gun pointed you. You saw all three of us holding a weapon to you, yet you failed to stop, you continuely ran away which resulted in your death. This could be generalised as 'failrp' (or Rule 3.4.)

Another reason is that i have never really seen you play around on the server that much honestly, you've been on teamspeak a couple of times, but not enough for the staff team to really get to know you, this is key so that staff members can understand your full potential when it come's to applying for Enforcer.

Judging from previous comments and replies made to your application and from various other information sources, I cannot support your promotion to Enforcer. You have been known by not only a majority of players of PERPHeads but the staff of PERPHeads as a consistant rulebreaker and a player who shows reluctance to follow rules depending on his mood and thoughts at the time. A possible Enforcer will ensure that he does not break rules not only during his promotion stage but at no point during his time on PERPHeads.

The fact that you have been commented (by several people) to be too immature and often disrespectful to others on the server is another issue which makes me not want to support your promotion.

Furthermore, you fail to meet the Enforcer expectations and have never been seen by numerous users on Teamspeak and/or the forums.
