cant accept the rules in ph it says 10 sec but it wont let me plz fix this!

The fix I use to give to people was to keep re-joining and when it says "Sending Client Info", Dont press any keys or move your mouse on the keyboard. The countdown should then start to go down, if not then try scrolling down to the bottom of the rules. If this doesn't work, re-peat the process and you will eventually get it.

It Got fixed it was just that i got frozen/loading hard to see if u can scroll the ruls but not do anything i got to read the rules 3 times before it went in to a countdown. ty for replying, but i got fixed by itself.
