WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE A HELPER?:
I've been apart of the perpheads community for a long, long time now - much longer than people may think. The first time I played was sometime back in 2014, though it may have been earlier. Back then, I was very young - but I can remember waiting in school, just to get home so I could play with my friends on this community. Its always meant alot to me, and i've always wanted the chance to give back to the community.

I've been known in the community throughout the 6 years I've been playing on and off, and usually, it wasn't great. However, the past 8~ months or so, I've been really focused on improving myself and I feel now is the time, after I've matured enough, too give something back, to a community that's given me so much.

WHY SHOULD WE CHOOSE YOU?
Over the past few months, I've been focused on growing and maturing, to do so I've been roleplaying alot more, playing cop, or hanging around at bazaar and meeting new people. As well as this I've reached out to over 10 current staff members for feedback, and have taken what they've given me and acted upon it in an attempt to grow. To all the staff that did give feedback, I greatly appreciate it and its helped me to mature and prepare myself better for a role like this.

I believe I've shown a lot of dedication to the community through the PD and sites I've made, and am currently working on (perpmarket, perpcasino, paralakenews - coming soon ). and id like to be able to show more dedication in a role that directly allows me to help the community through a more direct means than currently.

I believe over the past few months, I've shown improvement and have either gained or improved on these qualities:

• A dedication to learn and improve
• Professionalism and maturity
• I'm friendly and always try to resolve any disputes in a friendly way
• I seek out constructive criticism and act on it
• I have experience working in teams and with staff members, RTU trainers, etc etc

DO YOU HAVE ANY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE?:
I've worked in a large number of staff teams, such as GrandTheftRust as a moderator, the official Insurgency Sandstorm Discord server, as a moderator and Brian Mendoza's discord server as an admin. All of these, I've had to work in teams and deal with disputes, as well as general inquiries the community would have, in a friendly and quick manner.

Outside of these, I've got a ton of experience with the perpheads community and the rules.

DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO SAY?:
I really want to give back to the community after everything it's given me and I truly appreciate any consideration and feedback that helps me to improve.

I'd also like to mention, this is a Helper application, I know many may have doubts with me becoming a staff member, and I completely understand, which is why I have opted to apply for Helper instead of enforcer, to allow me to prove myself and learn while having little permissions in-game.

Requirements

• Your time played on the server must be at least one week (press Q in-game to check this) - I have 2 months, 9 days and 3 hours.
• No warnings within the last month or bans within the last month, this includes both the forums and the server.
• You must have an extensive knowledge and understanding of the server rules and laws to the extent where you can Enforce them.
• You must maintain an active presence on the TeamSpeak Server

Neutral on this tbh, I've seen you help new people and be friendly, but ive also seen you lose your rag over tiny things and act out of order, Helper was definitely the better choice as that would give you a chance to prove me wrong. Also not really seen you help out in ooc that much.

Tbh, I don't really have much against you, and you can be a quite nice guy. But just looking around last I was banned, and WHY i was banned that would be incredibly horrible to be seen from a staff doing that, then again as far as I know. You don't have a record of doing the same thing, so I can't really go on that, another thing is I don't see you help extremely much, and I don't see you a lot on the server anymore.

I know Helper isn't the most required to be extremely active, and you'd probably have enough activity but I'd say you should open yourself up a bit more etc, anyways I wont make a rate IF i should, I'd say Neutral, but good luck with the app .

Similar reason to why I've disagreed with your app. The maturity I've seen from you is not one I'd expect of a staff member, I understand we all like jokes and that but it wasn't even a week ago you raped someone while arresting someone ingame, as much as I understand this is a joke and I personally don't mind, to a new player, it will send the wrong message.

I completely understand why maturity is something you worry about, but like I said in the app it’s something I’ve been working on heavily to improve myself.
Also, are you sure you’re thinking of the right guy? Can’t remember doing that anytime recently

No, as told it was when I got banned, the admin sit with Flugs. That's why I wont comment on if you do that still, and I don't think you have a prior record of doing it. I wont get into it, only because it's bs and smt you don't usually do.

i appreciate the feedback, and like said I’ve been heavily working on improving myself and my maturity.

Id also like to mention, you say here that you worry about me becoming staff because of an incident where I laughed in a staff sit several months ago, and you say that because of this I might not be the right fit for Helper, however you’re applying for helper when in that exact same situation you killed a staff member in the admin sit and then DCed.
The point I’m just trying to make is, we’ve both grown since then, what I did was petty, but it was several months ago, and I believe I’ve improved since then.

would you have anything to build on this? Yet again I really appreciate the feedback.

Ignoring the fact you bought your gf onto PERP for some sort of self validation, I guess you’d be an alright candidate.

The role of helper would be decent for you since it’s not really much of a position of power, and would give you incentive to be more helpful to new players.

I’m neutral, I ain’t fussed if you get it or not really. Good luck.

@Jack P Sorry Jack I had a stroke reading your message, can you give me a tl;dr as I can't understand what you're trying to say.

@CensoredExe Myself, @Mina and @SERGEANT (Whatever his forum account is) were all SS. You arrested sergeant for skipping a red light, you then took him into the PD and proceeded to have sex rp. Again I find this hilarious but wrong example for new players

@CaughtRed I remember this particular incident, I arrested him and 2 other sergeants asked if they could deal with the SS and I said sure, I suspected they wanted to reprimand him or something, I gave him to them and that was the end of the situation for me. I left the supervisors office at that point as there were gunfights I believe and I was TFU
You could also ask your friend to confirm I wasn’t there and that I handed him off elsewhere

@CensoredExe when i first met you on evocity in the apartments with jay, "keep your boys straight" I thought you were kinda of a douche bag but in paralake we got along alot, and we did have an alliance to protect each other and i thought you helping my people was most invalueable. Chris should be a helper to lead this server on the right track
