Main Idea: Making a system where people can write /claim to have their items refunded

Full description of the idea:
A system where people who gets a refund request accepted would be able to type /claim when in-game and simply retrieve their items.
Obviously the items they retrieve will be put into the system by a staff member.


Why should it be added?: It would make refunding items a lot easier.

Pros:
Less waiting time on getting your items back.
Easier for staff to refund items.
More organized system for refunding items.

Cons:
Items could bug or duplicate.

Other additions: None.

Its a good idea but one serious con is: If they allow moderators to use this system, I highly doubt this but moderators could abuse this power by continuing to refund the player.
Its a good idea but i would only recommend that administrator+ or senior administrator+ has access to issuing the refunds or this system could be abused to give players items when they weren't supposed to get them.

EDIT (Thought of something!):
A developer could implement a system where a senior administrator+ has to approve every refund issued by a moderator, this system could prevent abuse and it would be a faster option rather then the senior administrator+ having to come on the server to refund the player.
