Command Van For LT

I think it would be good if there was a truck or van that the LT could have and go in and maybe the S.W.A.T could have little cams on theres shoulder or helmet and the LT and watch those cams and see what they doing.

Here it is. But I don't see a point in adding it. Shoulder cameras for S.W.A.T. wouldn't be useful because we have only 4 of them and they usually... die rather quickly.
