Community Manager

What is the real role of a Community Manager?

I first thought the role of a Community Manager was to keep to make sure the community was ''healthy'' if i should say it like that

But right now i am conflicted whether it's a staff role (admin+) or part of the community team

We do as you described whilst also attending admin meetings to help smooth running of the community and make sure the staff team are in align with what the community needs/wants.

I hope this clarifies some things for you.
