Server Suggestion Cops barricades

Suggestion Title: Cops barricades
Suggestion Description: Remove police barricades after a certain time for example 10-15mins or after the cop has died and respawned (or maybe you have another idea) because at this point they just stay in the same spot for hours days years decades

Why should this be added?:
- Increase FPS for esporters less props in the map more frames
- Police barricades won't be everywhere in the map

What negatives could this have?:
- PLPD finally getting a small useless nerf

Yes, and if I remember correctly one of the higher ranks even gets a limited number of them

For now to stay related to the suggestion this will be done:
- A popup will show up after 20 minutes asking you if you want your barricades removed
* This will work for all props spanned in the minute the barricade was spawned
* It will be in the position of the mayoral vote so it will not forcibly take your mouse away
* Not answering the question will remove the barricades

- If a cop goes of-duty a 5 minute timer will start which will remove the barricades automatically if not done so by the cop himself
