WHY SHOULD YOU BE AN ENFORCER: I have been a part of this community for sometime and have gotten to know the rules well enough to enforce them. I am a friendly person who will devote himself to one community and focus on it yet sometimes i can take small breaks. I like to interact with the community and get to know it well which is why i know most of the staff team.

I have one saying - There is no perfect admin everyone has their own opinion and way to enforce some are strict and ban you on the spot others give you chances. I do not like dishing out punishment but i will if it is needed to be done. My last app was Considered but i went inactive but came back soon as I heard there was a new Senior Admin.

My incident in another app was a big mistake and i would have never typed it in and stood proud while the Community screamed at me. I have explained and after several official apologies and some unofficial i believe that many has forgiven me but the memory still lingers.

As some of you may know I have experience with computers and coding I even know how a Virus can be made. My experience with computers is large as some may or may not know I can repair computers myself long as i dont kill it with static. Along side practical i also know HTML, CSS and basic Programming and i do speak French it is not Fluent but it works.

This is my Fourth Enforcer app it does not mean that I will not give up it means I am dedicated to the community. All i want most of all is to help the Community anyway I can but i need your trust for it and trust is earned not expected.

Whatever choice you make I will understand I have made mistakes in the past but there is only one way i can put them behind me.
HAVE YOU BEEN ADMIN ON ANY OTHER SERVERS: I have been Super Admin on multiple Dark Rp and Sandbox servers but i also have been a Admin on HL2RP enforcing good roleplay and making sure that everything is fair.

ARE YOU ACTIVE ON THE TEAMSPEAK: Very active always on there and usually talking you can wake me up with a poke.

DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING ELSE TO SAY: I will not take any -Supports against anyone it is your opinion not mine. I am here to help anyway I can even if it means warning everyone about the dangers lurking around the internet.

Death Howl, you just got Denied take some of this time to ''Learn from your mistakes'' *''(By this i dont mean you do anything wrong, i mean that everyone can do stuff better and improve what they are doing)''* and just keep on helping in OOC/Help chat just keep on helping just do these stuff you need to do as a Enforcer show us that you are ready James. You are a great guy and i think you can make it as a Enforcer don't take this as a -Support or anything, but Re-Apply in some weeks that is my opinion for everyone that just got Denied. Overall a really nice and helpful guy. His actions on Ermak's applications weren't that great, but everyone makes mistakes, I guess. He obviously is mature enough to handle the job of an Enforcer. + support

He is mature and kind, I frequently had some downsides but I got over t and I think that he should be given a +support for being kind, having great knowledge in te rules and stuff so yeah

Edit: after all the times you get denied for enforcer to go inactive for longer than nessceary as you often are active. After ou got denied you didnt show much honest into doing th job as a enforcer would so i feel that you're just applying to be part of the staff team and not because ou actually want to do the actual job. Sorry for bad grammar, English corrected on iPod goes buggy lol

Death Howl is an awesome guy that has a good knowledge of the rules and in my opinion, could be excellent when it comes to enforcing those rules and spreading his knowledge of the rules. He is very active in the OOC and /help chat, always helps when he can, and very active on Teamspeak from what I can see. Definitely got his support from me!

Let's start off with the fact that you just got denied and the fact that you feel "I even know how a Virus can be made." benefits the community in some kind of way.

I really feel that you are not Enforcer material, and I really doubt that my opinion is going to change. I feel that you need to socialise in the community more and join the teamspeak and talk to the staff members before even thinking about creating an Enforcer applicaiton. I have seen you being a little bit silly and immature at times and your grammar speaks for itself in that you are not a very 'intellectual' person. To be quite honest I am not here to knock you in any way, but my constructive critisim for you is to go and join the teamspeak, interact with other users, show your rule knowledge to a full extent (make ban requests, reports, etc) and improve the work on your Enforcer application.

You're not ready for this position in my opinion.

With all due respect, you're not exactly an ideal candidate. Here's what's wrong with your application. I suggest you use this as feedback so you can improve and perhaps make it one day.

1. Your "Why should you be an enforcer section" is a load of crap. You barely list any relevant qualities, you only say that you know the rules and that you enjoy interacting with the community. Even though you "know how a virus can be made" I fail to see how your mediocre coding background could have any relevance to the enforcer position.
2. Your grammar and overall structure is exceptionally poor. It looks unprofessional and can be confusing. You need to be 100% clear as an enforcer, just imagine the confusion that could occur if you cannot talk to some little Russian kid who shot up the PD because your command of English is so bad.
3. You admit in one of your comments that you're not active enough in help chat. How on earth are you supposed to gain trust otherwise?
4. In your post you claim that "I will not take any -Supports against anyone it is your opinion not mine." but yet in your response to AyJay's feedback you got quite defensive and irritable for no reason really.
   
   
5. Being on Teamspeak is great but from what I've seen of you you're either muted, AFK or annoying someone (often me).

Take what I've said as it is. It's feedback, not an insult. You could be a great Enforcer some day however now is not the time.

I understand what everyone is saying so I will tell you what I am thinking.

While I have been admin on sometime for many servers PERPheads is a totally different thing for me and I have no idea what to expect and no-one knows how I will cope. I am counting on the community to support me or not and I will put my trust into the staff that I hope to learn from. I appologise yet again for any mistakes I have made in the past it is hard to put it behind me but If I am going to try join the staff team I must put it behind me and serve the community to my full potential.

Yes I am not very good at grammer but I am a french and part spanish speaker and I want to put my skills to good use, Yes I admit knowing what a virus is will not help the community but I want to help anyway I can. I am going to ask only once put the hate and friendship behind and think about the community. If the community makes the choice I will have no objection I will keep helping out where I can and if you dont want my help it is always there.

A message for the staff I am sorry for any trouble I have caused on the forums. Sorry Manner for having a massive shout at you because you gave me a forum warning I upset myself knowing that I could have done something like that. Sorry Daymon for calling you rambo and the actions I did leading you to completely lose trust in me. Sorry to Devil who stuck with me since day one and despite everything I did he always believed in me then I mess it all up. And lastly sorry to the Senior Admins who had the jobs of putting out the fire I caused you guys had enough on your plate.

And next the Community who completely lost trust in me after that incident. Sorry to Ayjay for having a row at you and telling you to "Kill urself" in teamspeak after you told me to F*** Off. Sorry to chrissy who was trying to put out the fire after a comment on a post Ayjay made both of you really are good (Annoying XD). Sorry to Ermak for that pathetic post I made and being a rude piece of junk in your app. And sorry to the Community in general for having to put up with my mistake.

But most of all I would like to thank the Community for still believing in me you guys are awesome and the server is not complete without you.

If this is you're attempt to show what other "good qualities" you have that you could bring to the community, it's not a very good attempt. How is being french and a part spanish speaker going to help you on a server in which all players must speak English when OOC? Because as an enforcer you will be enforcing the rules which is an OOC matter therefore being able to speak Spanish partially is not going to help what so ever. Secondly you have just been denied for enforcer and you need to take the time to actually build on what you already have and take the criticism given. Thirdly you don't seem to take criticism very well at all, when @AyJay gave you some constructive criticism you got extremely defensive, as stated by @Chrissy. Also I feel your english isn't good enough to become an enforcer you need to be crystal clear with your communication and I couldn't even understand your section about contact information if I can't understand that, being a fluent speaker of English and being top set producing A grade work in English, how is someone who's first language isn't English going to understand what you're trying to say?

I don't feel you are suitable for this position as of yet. However I do give you credit for your determination to become Enforcer.
