As some of you already know, steam is a tad fucked at the moment. When browsing the store, it will automatically log you in to someones account (Can be anyone, from anywhere). It happens when you browse the store, and hence why when it comes up in different languages, you're on someone's account from that country/language

Steam have not admitted it yet but everyone else recommends just not visiting the store, certainly not buying anything and just not to do anything really.

Regardless, I just recommend not going on it for now, a few of my irl friends (yes I have them) have said store purchases have been made on their account and they only found out through an E-Mail.

I believe they have closed the store but stay off it incase there is another slip up. It was probably an overload on the server forcing them to use backups that were not configured or not used in ages. As I said probably an overload causing issues but im checking a few things now like my email and authenticator.
