Playing for some time here i see that noone really follows traffic rules and especially cops (running red lights, abuse emergency lights), my idea is to add Drivers license that would require passing a test. First one would be text test, next one should be practical. (That would require a new car for this i assume) Nice addition to this would be penalty points. After reaching about 20 of them license would be confiscated and player would need to pass exam again to get it back. Players should be able to drive without license, but when cops catch you about 3 times driving without license, penalty should be like not being able to apply for a test like 2 days and every next time player should be put into jail.
