Suggestion Title: Employment Job Ranks / Roadcrew
Suggestion Description: At the moment there is no job information regarding the rank structure and their benefits for the following jobs:
Roadcrew
This would help newer players gain an understanding for how the ranks work at the same time it will develop the understanding of existing players, so they will know who is able to do what job as specific ranks have tools that help in other ways for example the temporary tire repair.
I also think a slight change in uniform as you rank/level as roadcrew will further assist players or maybe an added ''badge'' on the players chest area to show their level.
Why should this be added?:
- This should be added as other jobs have their rank structure written out as seen:

Courier - https://help.perpheads.com/page/courier#ranks
As stated above I also think a slight change in uniform as you rank/level as roadcrew will further assist players or maybe an added ''badge'' on the players chest area to show their level. This will add clarity to the players of PERP on the tools or knowledge that roadcrew hold.
What negatives could this have?:
- At this point in time i cannot see a negative point of view, i am open to comments/suggestions.
What problem would this suggestion solve?: This will solve the issue of players constantly expecting people to be able to repair their tires.
This will enable new and existing players to gain the understanding of what roadcrew workers can achieve, what benefits they bring to the city whilst bringing clarity to the different ''Skill level'' (Ranks)
