I can say that Jon is very mature for his age, I honestly thought he was older. He's very well mannered and well respected in game, he appears to know the rules very well due to the fact that if he ha doubts about anything he wants to do in game he doesn't hesitate to ask a member of staff on the teamspeak server. I have never had to speak to him in game about breaking the rules therefore its a + support from me.
