Are you connecting it directly to the router or through a wall hub becuase if its through a wall hub it might be that the wall hub isn't connected to the router.
[DOUBLEPOST=1452349759,1452349367][/DOUBLEPOST]Have you diagnosed the problem, it may be your DNS that is wrong. Your router cant detect it. Search for custom DNS servers if that is the problem.
Check the entire cable for damage if there is then that is whats causing it. I had the same thing a chewed cable and we had the same thing cable connected but not recognised correctly so it did detect it but did not recognise it.
Sounds like someone has a dodgey internet driver.
Go to device manager and UNINSTALL your network adapter. Restart your PC and it should voila!
If not, make sure you download the right drivers for your Motherboard on your Manufactures website!
