[SOLVED] Ethernet issues

Well, as of today my ethernet is fucking around. It worked aprox. 3-4 hours ago and now I get a message saying "unidentified network, no network access". Would be nice if any of you guys could help me out with this.

P.S. currently on my phone, sorry for any spelling/grammar mistakes

@Yenam I am using cable. However, to answer your question, I am connected with no internet access and I receive a message saying "unidentified network". Also, everything is automatic again, after I tried setting a static IP, there is nothing entered for gateway.

Okay - Its will sound stupid but try restating your router?

Try disabling your firewall on you're anti-virus software (If you have one)

I know you said you've updated you're drivers but have you rebooted you're computer?

Yep, both several times.

Probably either something up with your mobo or just get a new cable.

Do you have any Anti-Virus installed if so Un-install it.

Honesty I would ring up your ISP and see if they can help.

This can be closed, found the issue.
Failed to agree to an update of my anti-virus program, for safety reasons it blocked internet access.

P.S. sorry for all the replies, had to use my phone, so couldn't comment
