I've known Garret for quite a while now, and there is no point in time that I have ever seen him screw up. He is constantly at the top of his game and continues to impress not only me but many many other people around him. He continuously strives to be the best and improve himself in every way possible. If he fails once, he makes sure that he will not fail again. He puts so much work and time in and he deserves lots of recognition. He cares about each and every player on perp and helps them improve themselves. If someone breaks the rules, he makes sure to explain to them what they did wrong and how they can improve themselves to enhance the roleplay for themself, Garret, and all the other people on perp. He knows every single law, every single policy, every single procedure for handling calls, and can handle IA complaints or officer complaints in general fairly and without bias.
