Getting demoted on ts all the time

so every time i log on to the ph teamspeak i seem to be demoted from my senior rank, and it auto un subscribes me to all the channels and i cannot join them. I've had this problem 3 times now and i know i have not been demoted, i think that people dont know im senior so they demote me.

and i cant move to the support channels, or poke anyone for help.
