When someone is holding a weapon in their hands, Police and SWAT officers should NOT be able to handcuff them.

Will promote realism and help to prevent people from doing this now, even though it can be considered 'FailRP'.

Very good point... Only solution I can think of right now is either to create some new system where a gun can be taken out of your hands, but that requires a lot of thought; or, instead, more simply, if struck 3 times by a Police night stick, you drop anything that you are holding?

That solves our problem with afk'ing, but creates another big problem. A cop will abuse it to farm evidence money, he can team up with a friend who's not cop and steal other players weapons. Even if players report and upload demos more will come and the problem will keep bugging players..

You can force players to holster their guns with the nightstick instead of them dropping it.
