Heavy shite lag

So whenever i turn desktop capture on to record windowed borderless games or anything my FPS stays the same on the game (above 60) but it looks like im getting about 10 fps on the screen. it does it when im not even on games aswell.

Its not when im recording but when I have desktop capture turned on

yeah does it to me but if you render it on youtube it fixes its only started happening since last update

It would appear that antimalware service executable is the source of my problems so I am currently trying to get it to calm its tits if anyone has a good way to do that please tell
