Helicopters on the server is like gunlaws in real life
lots of pluses and minuses

what should we do to make helis safe enought to be on the server and who should have acces

Just no. Don't think about it, a suggestion like that has already been denied.

In my opinion I don't feel it will benefit the server at all really. It would just seem a little pointless as they wouldn't have any other function apart from transport around the map which would be a little unrealistic having Helicopters flying willynilly around the map, there would only be like a couple of Helicopter pads so there wouldn't be a big use for them as it would be unrealistic for them to land in their back gardens.

Choppers in Garry's Mod? Sorry, no, just no. Reasons: 1. Skybox 2. Controlling it? 3. Useless in such a small map 4. Abuse. No offense, it would been cool but there's no need either 3:

I make the same response every time this is suggested:

It could be abused and could be annoying if everyone had access to it since it's very hard to control, so there would be lots of random accidents. But if we add it in the server content and let people use it in events and under admin watch, it could be useful and fun.
