Dish out a couple more for a 3600 and get a B450 board with the BIOS updated at some hardware shop for cheap, don't you already have a 1st Gen Ryzen with you? if so you could use it instead to flash it to a new BIOS.
RAM is fine, I prefer G.Skill 2x8GB however but take it from the man BuildZoid himself as long as you can XMP it to 3200MHz with Zen2
SSD is fine for the value, get a Nvme M.2 if you cba with cables and much faster speeds (Corsair MP100 are affordable and fast)
Try to avoid MSI Armor as they're low end and the shittiest of shit. Try EVGA, ASUS or any other reputable AIB brand for Nvidia.
PSU is also fine, I prefer BeQuit PurePower CM myself I never heard my unit spin up at all.

Are the Radeon RX cards any good?
hell yes, RX 570 is amazing value and so is the RX 580. I upgraded to a 5700XT and I couldn't be happier, a bit worse than a 2070 (Super too I believe?) for way less at 450 Euros and a 10% performance loss or so.
Look for Red Devil or Sapphire Nitro (Pulse are bit cheaper) for RX cards.
