something almost everyone can agree on is that the hit reg on perp has in some ways gone completely to shit. I would like to see other peoples incidents where they have come across huge blood splatter yet zero damage, post clips here!
Hitreg has sadly always been an issue and will continue to be, just a problem of GMOD with low tick rate servers
Probably also suffers from the same issue CSGO originally did as well with player models not physically being in the location they're showing as well but its a huge problem to fix
As much as I hate the hitreg here unfortunately I’ve grown to accept that the server capacity and the resources used in the map and elsewhere within the gamemode it’s a necessary sacrifice. High tick low pop perp was the peak for hitreg but we were averaging 30 players on a good day.
Tbh I've never had such a problem with hitreg, but I've had issues (mostly on v5) involving the map. Such as at the intersection, you couldn't shoot through the metal pillar things, despite there being massive holes in it

Shots 1-5: Clearly missed.
Shots 6-9: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control).
Shots 10-11: Very close, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses.
Shot 12: Likely didn't actually fire because Hiko was already dead.
