Is dumping meth while being raided against the rules?

Say for example player A is being raided while in the cooking process and decides to dump the mixture, would this be against rule 3.13 or 2.5

(1) I've never tried to dump my mix before is it even possible?
(2) Would it be against the rules? If so which rule.

Even if it is to stop the cookers from exploding the place? I couldn't find rule that says you couldn't interact with it, only about harvesting it, which is bad terminology should be harvest/collect it.

Nah you can pause growing or smthn like that iirc, just no harvesting.

I would only Imagine its allowed to stop the shit from EXPLODING, But u May not Discard the content or collect it basically u must not remove it from the table.

I'm not sure if dumping actually picks up the beaker/glass, so If it doesn't actually pick up does it count as harvesting?

dont interact with the drugs whatsoever, the raiders may have the essentials to finish the chemical cooking.

The most you can do is to turn the heat off so they don't explode. Anything else and you're unduly denying raiders loot that (depending on if you win or lose the defence,) belongs to them. The wording of the rule barely doesn't cover it, but it is in line with the spirit of the rule, and you will be punished if you are caught doing it.
