WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE A HELPER?:
After 3-4 years of playing the server I've been staff two times, I've earned the money I've earned and I feel I need something a little different to do. I've been fixing up slowly and been enjoying a more passive stance on the server rather than shooting everything I see. I've had time to understand people and help people in help chat and help new players to get started by providing some extra items on top of their starter pack. I've been scouting for new players to join our organization to help them learn more and to improve them a bit with general game knowledge.
I got demoted from staff in the summer of 2020 and ever since then I still wanted to be involved with the staff team even if there are no administrative powers but I wanted to wait for a more correct time after all the recent troubles to get to know the new player base and I believe its a good time for me to try and apply. I want to just help in general because all I do right now is run a casino or plan for passive RP events, I feel as if I've got something else to do but I think helper is the way for me to go.

I may have been demoted for 'UAV'ing' when I was a moderator back in 2020 but I have had a lot of time to rethink and prepare myself to try and come back and re-integrate back into the community, I've proven myself to the staff team under comms ban and I've proven to the staff team I can be trusted after being given 'event staff' under multiple occasions and I don't believe I had caused any trouble while having this role on those occasions.
I've got more experience than most helpers because I have 4 months of playtime, I have held an administrative position twice and I've got a lot of knowledge on rules and the general mechanics of the game. Enough of this is good for me to help most new players or players that require general help.
Being a helper would also help me show the current staff team I'm not the same 'UAV' person before and I've shown this already through the things I've listed above. I've shown the most effort out of most people to come back into this community and I'm constantly interested in what the community has to offer.
DO YOU HAVE ANY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE?:
I've been moderator 2 times, In 2020 and in 2019. Been event staff a few times that's all the stuff I can mention. I believe these are the main factors that could make me stand out from other applicants and the current helpers.
